Marketing & Sales Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Marketing & Sales Specialist who can elevate our brand presence and grow our high-value clientele. This role combines creativity, sales excellence, and strong relationship-building within the luxury design ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to promote our curated collections.

⁠Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and premium retail clients.

⁠Lead the full sales cycle — client outreach, meetings, product showcase, negotiation, and deal closure.

⁠Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor insights.

⁠Manage social media content, collaborations, and digital promotions to enhance brand visibility.

⁠Represent Itihaus at exhibitions, pop-ups, and design events; ensure strong brand presentation.

Maintain long-term client relationships with excellent post-sale service.

⁠Present weekly/monthly sales performance and growth insights to management.

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in sales/marketing; prior experience in art, interiors, lifestyle, or luxury home dcor is a big advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with comfort interacting with high-profile clients.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Good understanding of digital marketing and social media management.

⁠Aesthetic sense and genuine appreciation for design — someone who can tell the story behind a piece of art.
