We’re looking for a driven Marketing & Sales Specialist who can elevate our brand presence and grow our high-value clientele. This role combines creativity, sales excellence, and strong relationship-building within the luxury design ecosystem.
Build and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to promote our curated collections.
Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and premium retail clients.
Lead the full sales cycle — client outreach, meetings, product showcase, negotiation, and deal closure.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor insights.
Manage social media content, collaborations, and digital promotions to enhance brand visibility.
Represent Itihaus at exhibitions, pop-ups, and design events; ensure strong brand presentation.
Maintain long-term client relationships with excellent post-sale service.
Present weekly/monthly sales performance and growth insights to management.
5+ years of experience in sales/marketing; prior experience in art, interiors, lifestyle, or luxury home dcor is a big advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with comfort interacting with high-profile clients.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
Aesthetic sense and genuine appreciation for design — someone who can tell the story behind a piece of art.
